BOOTCAMP CLASSES

Boot Camp fitness class offers a challenging and effective total-body workout that pushes participants to their limits while providing motivation, support, and a sense of accomplishment. It’s a high-energy and exhilarating experience that leaves participants feeling stronger, fitter, and more empowered.
ATHLETE TRAINING
AGES 12-18 YEARS OLD
$300/mo
Youth athlete training classes provide young athletes with a structured and supportive environment to develop their physical abilities, enhance their athletic performance, and foster a lifelong love of sports and fitness. These classes aim to instill confidence, discipline, and a growth mindset that will benefit young athletes both on and off the field.

Unlimited Bootcamp – $165/month
Punch Cards (5x a Month) – $75/month
Punch Cards (10x a Month) – $135/month
Open Gym Membership – $85/month
Athlete Training (12-18 years old) – $300/month
Young Athlete Training (7-11 years old) 3x week – $250/month

We have not only a great group of people, but our bootcamp class is great for people of all abilities, whether you are just getting back in to working out or you work out daily you will feel comfortable and we will push you to be your best. For our young athletes we will drive them to reach their goals.
